I - Definitions.

II - Part ARO, or Authority Requirements for Air Operations, such as what they can approve and how.

Subpart A - General requirements.

Subpart B - Operating procedures.

VI - Part NCC, for non-commercial flights in complex motor-powered aircraft. Essentially the same as Part CAT but, instead of holding an AOC, operators must submit declarations to the Authority.
