The runway characteristics are in the bottom-right section of the approach chart for Jeppesen charts, just next to a quick visual summary of the missed approach. This is used for a quick reference in the late stages of the approach as what the runway should look like (and if you don't see it, the early missed approach instructions are just to the right of it, which is useful).

In this case, the runway has a HIALS (High-Intensity Approach Lighting System) type II, which looks like the picture shows. This is a large and very bright approach lighting system, often used for CAT II and III landings also, as the lights penetrate through low visibility well.

PAPIs are also present, which are visual glide slope indicators. We wouldn't count them as approach lights, nor runway lights really, and we use them for help with visual manoeuvring vertically during the approach.
