Normally the operation is limited to 13 000 feet with time spent above 10 000 feet limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.

However, in the annex it states that with authority approval, an operation using other-than-complex aeroplanes may spend a short time for a specified duration above 13 000 feet. The regulation also states that the flight can not be conducted above 16 000 feet.
