ITEM 18: OTHER INFORMATION
EET/ Significant points or FIR boundary designators and accumulated estimated elapsed times from take-off to such points or FIR boundaries, when so prescribed on the basis of regional air navigation agreements, or by the appropriate ATS authority.

Examples:

EET/ABC0220 XYZ0210 (which means that point ABC will be passed 2 hours and 20 minutes after departure and point XYZ 2 hours and 10 minutes after departure)

EET/EINN0215 (which means that entering of Shannon FIR is planned 2 hours and 15 minutes after departure)
