The Consent
The user hereby grants the consent to process his/her personal data (name, surname, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, evaluation of the user's activity on these websites in order to better target the advertising) to the company ATPL QUESTIONS LIMITED, for business and marketing purposes, namely for the period of use of the products and services of the Controller and subsequent 1 year after the end of the use of the products or services.

Welcome to ATPL Questions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Acknowledgment
By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue using the service.
2) Subscriptions
a) Subscription Period
Subscriptions are offered on our eShop page. The duration depends on the package purchased and is detailed at the time of payment.
b) Subscription Cancellations
Once you make the payment, you cannot cancel the subscription, because your subscription will be activated right after a successful payment. There is no refund policy.
c) Payments
All payments are due in advance and must be made via the available payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
d) Invoicing
After a successful payment, we issue your invoice based on your account details provided while you registered. You may ask for your invoice at any time(up to 5 years from the purchase date) if it is not already available in your user account.
e) Subscription Fee Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time based on our expenses increasing due to market fluctuations and development.
f) Refunds
There is no REFUND POLICY for the services provided on our website. Please be aware of this before making any purchase.
3) User Accounts
a) Registration, Login and Account Usage
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- There are two types of login methods:
- Gmail Login: If you register using your Gmail account, you must continue to log in using your Gmail credentials. You cannot use a username/password login.
- Username & Password Login: If you register using a username and password, you must use this method to log in. Switching between methods is not permitted after registration.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
- Account sharing, use by multiple individuals, or unauthorized access may result in account suspension or termination.
Nickname Creation

Users may select a nickname during registration. Nicknames must:
- Not contain spaces.
- Avoid offensive, vulgar, or politically sensitive language.
Nickname Modification
Once created, nicknames cannot be modified by the user. The chosen nickname remains associated with the account permanently.
Modification Rights
ATPL Questions reserves the right to modify or remove any nickname that violates the above rules or any other provision of these Terms.
User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the nickname they choose. Any consequences or liabilities resulting from their nickname are the user’s sole responsibility.
Legal Compliance
By creating a nickname, the user agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online content and behaviour.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATPL Questions, its partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of their selected nickname.
Acknowledgment
By creating a nickname, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the nickname rules outlined above and the broader Terms and Conditions.
Account Usage Policy
Each account is strictly for use by a single individual student (the account holder). Purchasing a subscription does not grant unlimited rights to perform any actions on the account. In particular, activities such as sharing access, exporting questions outside the platform, copying or publishing questions without permission, or using third-party software or bots to interact with the system are strictly forbidden.
If such misuse is detected, the account may be marked as high-risk and temporarily suspended by the system. In such cases, the account holder may need to prove their student status and that they are actively preparing for or participating in aviation-related examinations. Failure to provide adequate proof may lead to permanent suspension of the account. No refund will be issued, and subscription fees cannot be transferred to another account.
b) Personal Data Security
The Seller understands the importance of protecting the Buyer’s privacy. Any registration, personal, or other information that the Buyer shares with the Seller is securely managed and protected.
To ensure the accuracy of the Personal Data, prevent unauthorised access, and promote the correct use of Personal Data, the Seller has put in place appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard the Personal Data we collect. For example, the Seller employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol—an industry standard for encryption online—to protect Personal Data during transmission. All electronic Personal Data that the Seller holds is securely stored and further protected through suitable access controls.

c) Identification
We may require identity verification in cases of suspicious activity or suspected abuse. Changes to Firstname, Lastname, and email address are not possible after registration, so ensure your account information matches your legal documents; otherwise, your identification process may fail due to unmatched data.
4) Content
a) Content Update and Service Provided
We regularly update our question bank and features. However, we do not guarantee that all content is always up to date, error-free, or reflective of any official authority.
b) Content Restrictions
You agree not to copy, redistribute, sell, share, or make derivative works of any part of the content. Your access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
c) Backup
We make reasonable efforts to back up data, but do not guarantee against loss. You are responsible for saving any personal notes or statistics.
5) Copyright Policy
a) Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.
b) DMCA Notice and DMCA Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

c) Intellectual Property
All content, including questions, explanations, design, software, and branding, is the property of ATPL Questions or its licensors. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and the laws of both the country and foreign nations.
d) Limitations
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, extract, or replicate any part of the platform. Legal action may be taken against individuals and corporations who violate this policy. There is a restriction, such as a default daily limit of 200 questions for searches. This limit inputs for preventing violations of this feature in order to protect ATPL Questions. Copying or exporting questions, images, comments, or question descriptions from our database to outside sources via our website, whether manually, using bots, or through automated methods, is strictly prohibited. We employ specialised software and our own infrastructure to detect such activities. Please note that if an account is found to be involved in these activities, it will be permanently closed without prior warning, and no refunds will be issued for any paid services.
Deleted tests are kept in the system for 30 days, and after this period, they are permanently erased and cannot be recovered. When a member deletes a test, they acknowledge that it cannot be restored, and they proceed accordingly.
We retain account activities, such as tests created, results, etc., for up to one year from the last login date.
6) Account Termination
ATPL Questions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor, investigate, and take action against any account exhibiting suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity. To protect the continuity of its business operations, the integrity of its platform, and the security of data stored and provided to customers, ATPL Questions may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate such accounts without prior notice.

In the event of account termination under these circumstances:
- No Refund Policy.Users acknowledge and agree that no refunds—partial or full—will be issued for any remaining subscription period or unused services.
- Confidentiality of Investigations.ATPL Questions may retain logs, records, and activity details relating to the suspicious account for internal purposes. Such information will be treated as confidential business data and will not be disclosed to the user or any third party, except where disclosure is legally required.
By using the platform, users accept that these measures are necessary to safeguard the service, its community of users, and ATPL Questions business continuity.
7) Responsibilities
We try to provide the best service, but ATPL Questions cannot be responsible for the direct and indirect damage caused by the use of our services. ATPL Questions cannot, in particular, be held responsible for the faulty operation of our services.
All of the content on ATPL Questions has been thoroughly examined and checked for errors or inaccuracies. However, mistakes can happen. Let us know if you have a doubt about the information by using our [contact] menu.
8) Mobile Application Offline Mode
Users utilizing the "Offline Mode" feature within the mobile application agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Data Download and Local Storage: The application downloads question banks and educational content to the user's device to enable offline access. This data is stored locally on the device.
- Data Privacy: During offline usage, only data related to test performance (test data) is transferred to our servers. No personal data is requested, collected, or transmitted during this process.
- Offline Access Limitation: For security and license validation, offline access is limited to a maximum of 3 (three) consecutive days without an internet connection. After this period, the application will automatically log out the user.
- Manual Synchronization: Test results and progress data are not automatically synchronized. Users must manually trigger the data transfer once an internet connection is available; otherwise, unsynced data may be permanently lost.
9) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10) Disputes Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration or courts located in the Republic of Türkiye unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11) Changes to These Terms at Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
