Refer to figure or AMSTERDAM - Chart 16-2 from Jeppesen GSPRM 2017.
What is the Minimum Holding Altitude (MHA) at SPL?
Refer to figure.
This is "Schiphol (EHAM) NDB Rwy 18C" approach procedure with three Initial Approach Fixes (IAFs) (SUGOL, ARTIP and RIVER) at which the three initial approach segments begin and join all together above SPL VOR/DME at FL70, where a holding/racetrack pattern exists, with both inbound (001°) and outbound (181o) bearings.
The holding pattern will keep the approaching aircraft within a specified airspace, while awaiting further clearance by the ATC, to avoid any approaching traffic congestion or collision.
Aside the holding pattern, information for its Minimum Holding Altitude (MHA) is provided as: "HOLDING MIM FL70", which stands for Minimum (MIM) Holding at FL70.
