12.4.1 General ATS surveillance service phraseologies
12.4.1.5 MANOEUVRES

a) MAKE A THREE SIXTY TURN LEFT (or RIGHT) [reason];
b) ORBIT LEFT (or RIGHT) [reason];
c) MAKE ALL TURNS RATE ONE (or RATE HALF, or (number) DEGREES PER SECOND) START AND STOP ALL TURNS ON THE COMMAND “NOW”;
d) TURN LEFT (or RIGHT) NOW;

e) STOP TURN NOW.

Note.— When it is necessary to specify a reason for vectoring or for the above manoeuvres, the following phraseologies should be used:

a) DUE TRAFFIC;
b) FOR SPACING;
c) FOR DELAY;
d) FOR DOWNWIND (or BASE, or FINAL).
