An Air Report (AIREP) is a standardized in-flight report provided by aircraft using a specific format. It includes:

• Routine aircraft observations during the en-route and climb-out phases, generally requested from aircraft with data link capability.
• Special and non-routine observations during any phase of flight when significant weather or operational conditions occur.

An AIREP typically consists of the following elements: Location, Time, Flight Level (FL), Aircraft Type, Wind Direction & Speed, Air Temperature, Turbulence (if present), Icing (if present) and Humidity (if available).

9999 – Typically used for visibility (not a mandatory AIREP element).
Q0950 – "Q" indicates pressure-related information, but it is also not a mandatory AIREP element.
RH050 – Relative humidity (not mandatory in routine AIREPs).
