Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) is a notice related to flight safety, air navigation, technical, administrative or legislative matters that does not qualify for origination of a NOTAM or inclusion in the AIP (e.g. bird migration warnings, planned establishment of a new airport).
NOTAM → a notice distributed by means of telecommunication containing information concerning the establishment, condition or change in any aeronautical facility, service, procedure or hazard, the timely knowledge of which is essential to personnel concerned with flight operations.
AIP → publication containing lasting aeronautical information used for air navigation (e.g. aerodrome dimensions)

- Pink → safety related issues
