According to the aerodrome chart, the threshold of runway 06 has an elevation of 1450 ft while the threshold of runway 24 has an elevation of 1520 ft. For a runway length of 1500 m, what is the % slope of runway 24?

The runway slope is the percentage gradient between the thresholds. To calculate the runway % slope for runway 24:
100 x ((Elevation at 06- Elevation at 24) / length)
We need to be very careful to make sure we are using consistent units! We can either convert metres to feet, or feet to metres. In this case, we will convert the runway length to ft using a factor of 3.28 ft/m
1500 m x 3.28= 4920 ft
% slope = 100 x (1450- 1520)/4920 = - 1.42%
Because the slope is negative, it is a downslope. We can also cross check this by confirming that the runway 06 end is lower than the 24 end.
